In this phase, Suppliers and Partners are analyzed based on financial, reputational and social criteria, among others.

Santos Brasil has a Suppliers Portal managed by IBRACEM, where the Pre-Registration of Suppliers and Partners begins.

• 1st – Fill up basic information, such as corporate name, corporate taxpayer ID (CNPJ), email, telephone and contact reference of person responsible for negotiations at Santos Brasil.
• 2nd – Download and read the documents published by Santos Brasil containing guidelines about the contracting process, such as Code of Conduct for Suppliers and Service Providers,
  General Conditions for Contracting, Human Rights Policy, among others. In this phase, you must also submit a few documents (in PDF format) to be analyzed by Santos Brasil.
• 3rd – Complete a quick questionnaire informing your references, certifications, good practices and other aspects.
• Important: All the above phases are mandatory and so if they are incomplete, you cannot complete your pre-registration.
• 4th – All the information will be analyzed by Santos Brasil and, if everything is in order, your pre-registration as our Partner will be completed.

It applies to all types of equipment, materials, inputs and services.

Your company will only be considered ratified after being approved in all the four phases of the Pre-Registration process.
